Service Delivery Manager (Contractor)01/2012-08/2012

Built relationships with the Line of Business (LOB), senior management and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, report and escalate the status while overseeing the projects technical aspects. Led and provided support to the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) in defining and integrating the project requirements throughout the end-to end life cycle to deliver the project.

·   Successfully matrix managed the implementation of the Cell Phone Scrub Agile Project and met the accelerated short deadline schedule.  This project was an interim phase to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act Project (TCPA) and it helped prevent Bank of America from having to pay compliance penalties up to $1500 per call.

·   Assisted the TDM with the project management and August, 2012 implementation of the TCPA Project ($1M).

·   Worked with the TDM on the Self-Identified Audit Issue (SIAI) SQL Server Remediation Project ($1.15M) through July, 2012.  This project was put on hold due to no project champion and funding and resource issues.

·   Supported the Service Providers and Collections with the implementation of the SimD Program Expansion FHA HAMP July, 2012 software release which delivered on time and within budget.

OCWEN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, Coppell, Texas

IT Project Manager09/2009-10/2011  

A Project Manager belonging to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) responsible for managing multiple IT implementation and system integration projects.

·   Using the SDLC and Waterfall Processes, successfully matrix managed the Aspect Unified IP Call Center Systems cutover implementation projects ($4M) in Coppell, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida (Disaster Recovery System).

·   Led the project to migrate the Avaya Call Management System from Irvine, California to Coppell, Texas ($4.5K).

·   Successfully installed the CogentQC.Net software reporting application ($150K) for the Quality Control Department.
